When You Can Book with Very High End: Hours, Late Nights and Holidays
Our office is open from 8am to 1am, every day of the week. Live chat runs from around 9am, and you can also reach us by phone, email or the booking form. Outside those hours the office is closed. Round-the-clock bookings are possible, but only when they are arranged in advance.
Late-night and early-morning bookings work this way, and so do dates over Christmas, New Year and the bank holidays. Tell us early, and everything is agreed while the office is open.
Our hours
The office opens at 8am and closes at 1am, seven days a week. Chat opens a little later, at around 9am. Between 8am and 9am, call or email us instead. Our number, 07003 497700, is for calls.

Booking for late at night or early in the morning
A late-night booking usually means one of two things. Either your evening starts before 1am and runs on, or you would like to meet after the office has closed.
The first is straightforward. Contact us during office hours, as you would for any evening. The earlier in the day you get in touch, the more choice you have. A request sent at midnight on a Saturday leaves fewer options than one sent that afternoon.
The second needs planning. Between 1am and 8am there is nobody in the office to take a new request, so we arrange these bookings beforehand. Say your flight lands at Heathrow at 6am. Call us the day before, and the details are settled before you fly.

Holidays and the festive period
We take bookings over Christmas, New Year's Eve and the bank holiday weekends. These are some of the busiest dates of the year, and the most requested models are often booked well ahead. Book as early as your plans allow.
When you enquire about a festive date, name the model you would like and give us a second choice. If she is already booked, we can move to your alternative without starting the conversation again.
Over a holiday, you may want more than an evening. Longer arrangements, from overnight to several days, are discussed with us directly. Same-day bookings

Travel and overnight arrangements
Overnights and weekends need more notice than an evening, because there is more to coordinate. The same applies to any booking outside London or abroad. Those bookings carry a deposit, as do first bookings from new clients.
